Actually it is a lot harder not to be. He is an outgoing guy and can pretty much like anyone as long as they are not on Team Rocket anyway or for him not to have knowledge of it. He loves to talk to people and make as many friends as he can. The closest he has are the Elite Four namely because they don't treat him any differently. He is also friends with some gym leaders as well. For those that don't know he is an Elite Four or fall for his lies, he would gladly be friend with them and even give them some tips. He hates those that mistreat pokemons so team rockets are on top of his list. It's really hard for him to hate you as long as you treat your pokemon right and don't pick on the weak anyway. On the other hand people might find his openness a bit annoying or perhaps they don't like how childish he is. Hoshiro doesn't really give much thoughts to this since he has never even been on a date in his life far too busy playing with his pokemon or going out for adventure. He isn't one to believe in one night stands either. Some might have a crush on him but that is it. Well I feel that I have to plot with Hoshiro,
he's adorable. Sadly, I don't know if the two
would meet just yet. Perhaps we could say
they happened to meet in a town and sort
of hit it off. Eloise is a perverted, riddle-speaking,
patient female so I'm not sure how Hoshiro
would think of her. She makes jewelry as she
travels to sell in town as well so maybe he
could help her look for supplies and such
and...I'm just babbling right now. What do
you think should happen for these two?

Hoshiro would get along with her although if she flirts with him it would go over his head because he is oblivious by every definition of the word. XD He would probably travel with her a lot since she seems to be the kind to travel a lot too as long as he doesn't accidentally leave her behind anyway. For how they met, well maybe they met when he almost got conned by a salesman and she took pity and helped him out and they kind of just became friends from there since he is outgoing and would feel like he is indebted to her. She'd flirt a little bit, but she doesn't
normally outright flirt I suppose. You
have to think about it and 50% of the
time it seems like she's insulting you a
little if you decipher everything enough.
So I doubt Hoshiro would ever really
notice it. She wouldn't truly mind if Hoshiro
just up and left since she loves the silence
just as much as she loves talking on-on-one
with someone.. So if he were to leave them
she'd be absolutely fine with it. How they met
sounds good to me, Eloise would most definetly
hold it over his head.

oh torturing may is just so fun~ but yeah, i like that idea too! she was probably just a young grunt back then who helped with the attack. she'd be more nervous now if he found out because of this, she'd also feel guilty about it too. perhaps the friendship started off with her just trying to make up for her past mistakes against him but as time passed she grew more attached to him and came to think of him as a friend? becoming the nifty friends they are today~?

You know who should get Hoshiro's first date? Kokoro! Why? Because it would be a fun joke where he tries to make his baby sister less shy but she thinks he's serious. I'm not sure if she'd freak out a little inside because he wants to do something that sounds embarrassing, or if she'd love it since she loves spending time with him (since he's always traveling) and she might think he's taking her serious as a grown up (though she does like to be treated like a baby by Hoshiro).
