THE POSITIVE: Yuu has so many negatives that it really obscures his positives, but none the less he does have them. He is like a diamond buried deep in lots and lots of soil and rock in that sense. He is kind hearted once people actually get to know him. He is soft to his pokemon and always disciplines them properly. He gives them respect and in return his pokemon give him dedication. Oddly enough, he is very concerning to not just pokemon despite his open annoyance with most people. He would often give people advice (abet in a cold hearted manner) to not make the mistakes he has made in his life and generally try to help them though he would have difficulty showing it.

Yuu aside from his kindness, also a surprising amount of will power. He will not give up no matter the situation and often inspire others. He will push on forward no matter what gets thrown at him (whether or not he complains about it though is a whole matter all together)

Yuu is observant. He will constantly stop to take a good look around him. This helps him when observing a person or pokemon's behavior and it helps in battles as well as he can often gauge when something will work or when something will not. This skill in observation though while a positive, is often the cause of Yuu's annoyances as he notices small things that might go unnoticed.

THE NEGATIVE: Oh ho, the negatives. Yuu has. Yuu is what one might call an extreme pessimist. His annoyance with humanity is the reason why he is living alone with just random pokemon in a random apartment in Olivine City. He tends to be grumpy or at least look like it all the time and he will be VERY vocal with his annoyances about various things.

Yuu happens to be a SEVERE addict when it comes to pockey. One will notice that he always have a stick of pockey in his mouth. If he doesn't have pockey in a certain period of time, he literally sufferings from withdrawal symptoms.

Yuu tends to be anti-social as a consequence from him cutting himself off from people. He might be kind and soft to pokemon but around people he is rather harsh and often annoyed by a majority of the things people tend to do. Be they personality flaws or things Yuu perceives as stupid and ludicrous

[/b]: Yuu likes pokemon and treats them as irreplaceable companions. He also tends to like pockey to the point where he always seem to have a case filled with it attached to his belt. In fact, pockey is really one of the few ways one can tell his mood. One pockey in his mouth means he is normal. Two pockey in his mouth means he is happy. Three in his mouth means he is unrealistically grumpy.

DISLIKES: Yuu is absolutely annoyed with people due to bad blood with his parents and his general annoyances with how some people commit crimes with little to no shame at all. He will be annoyed by someone ranging from a small to big reason and will be VERY vocal about it.

Yuu tends to hate it when he is denied his pockey. He will go absolutely insane. Now one might think it might not be a big deal but please consider the fact that Yuu is indeed armed with a riding crop (being a tamer does mean he has a whip after all)

He does tend to be VERY protective. IT takes a long while for one to get to know him due to how defensive he can get for himself and the very few things he cares about.

On a small note, he is also half blind without his glasses.

HOBBIES: Yuu, despite him holding back his skill, does enjoy battle, though that doesn't mean he enjoys the trainer. He will often challenge them, take some money (for the sake of paying the bills and pockey) The only other real hobby he has is laying back, relaxing, and reading a good book.

FEARS: Yuu has a small handful of fears. He fears someone high lighting his skill. It will only lead to a long list of unnecessary list of annoyances. Considering that his skills are considered close to the level of a gymleader he doesn't want to be acknowledged and constantly annoyed by challenges. He wants to challenge the opponent not the opponent challenge him.

Yuu also have a very...very...dark insane secret that he keeps locked and will actually flip out and panic in fear if ANYONE finds out about this secret. What is this almighty dark secret? Yuu has a slight maid fetish.

[/b]: Daichu is Yuu's first pokemon and his most trusted companion. The male Raichu was there for Yuu when he needed a friend and they both respect each other very much to the point of understanding each other and being able to predict each others behavior. Raichu, unlike Yuu is actively happy and is always filled with energy and the desire to do something it considers fun. It was once a pikachu that Yuu adopted and raised. It eventually evolved into a Raichu after digging through the sands on the beaches of Olivine. Daichu being armed with attacks such as Thunderbolt, Focus Punch, and Surf, it is easily considered one of Yuu's best attackers. With substitute, Daichu can easily deceive opponents and deal devastating damage. Daichu's greatest combination is a mixture of Substitute, Dig, and then Focus Punch. [/ul]

MOVESET: Calm Mind, Stealth Rock, Gravity, Single Beam

[/b]: Cleko is a female Clefable that was caught by Yuu when it was a Clefairy. It is mainly a docile pokemon, not really out to hurt anyone but will do if she has to. This calming presence often helps the party (with such rowdy members Daichu and Mamoru). In terms of battle Cleko is oen of Yuu's support. Being able to boost it's own special defense and special attack, single beam is perfect for Cleko with the small chance of confusion being a bonus. Not to mention Cleko is capable of hindering flying opponents with it's gravity attack.

[/b]: The male Tauros is actually surprisingly pacifistic. It will often not attack at all unless attacked first. Showing a rare trait of patience that others in his species tend to lack. When in battle however, he is not one to be messed with. Yuu can sometimes be seen riding on Taro.

[/b]: Armory is a female Skamory Yuu caught while the skamory was migrating. Armory is actually very protective and will shield the others from harms way. She is very motherly and treat the others with care. In terms of combat, Armory is more of a hindering enemy with attacks like toxic but has offensive potential. Armory is used as Yuu's aerial transpiration.

[/b]: Mamoru is the male Machamp. He is as energetic as Daichu and a friendly competitive spirit. He shows great pride in Ping Pong and arm wrestling. In terms of combat, Mamoru is Yuu's second physical attack and shows great athletics and control of his four arms.

[/b]: Marine is a female Mantine Yuu caught while exploring the waters not far from Olivine. Marine loves the water and the air and soars through both daily. She loves adventure and thus slightly is annoyed with Yuu's habit of staying in home like a complete hermit but has fun with Yuu's party members and thus she stays loyal to him. Marine is Yuu's water transportation and alternative special attacker.
