THE POSITIVE: Hoshiro is someone who is really outgoing. He loves to talk to others and make some new friends. This is why it's hard for him to stay still for a while and so he prefers to always be on the move. If he does stay it must be because his pokemons are tired, he is tired or there is some kind of storm outside. Being someone who loves adventure he will do anything to get some fun and at times even treat life as if it was some kind of game. There is usually a smile on his face making him approachable and if you don't come up to him, certainly he will come up to you. After all it isn't really hard to get him to talk, especially if the topic is pokemon. He really doesn't act his age at all and seems a lot more like some teenager.

Quite the optimist he believes that things can get better. One of his favorite line even is "It is the darkest before the dawn." So whenever you're sad it's best to come up to him because he would gladly cheer you up no matter what it takes. His optimism is also the source of his determination as well since he always believes that there is some way to turn the battle around, the only problem is looking for it. Of course that doesn't exactly stop him from losing a few matches from time to time. Despite the fact that he can't remember pokemon attributes well {something he says a pokedex is for} he is a rather quick thinker. He can think on his feet to turn the battle around or use his surrounding. This is why he much prefer to fight outside than some cooped up stadium after all sure the stadium can be fun to fight but outside just simply gives him more room and he is someone that depends on his pokemon's speed quite a lot.

A rather laid back person he rather make training somehow fun for both him and his pokemon. He is also very quick to forgive others since hey everyone makes mistakes right? Yes, he is someone who could easily laugh something off so it's very hard for him to stay mad at someone.

Around his friends he is rather protective of them and does his best to make sure that they are safe. It's quite easy for him to get worried about someone. At times he can be charitable as well since he is someone that loves to collect new pokemons. The only problem though is that he can only hold onto six at a time and he doesn't really like the idea of keeping them in a pokeball in some lab all the time. So he tends to give them away but that is only if he trust that you can keep them well so from time to time he will check in on them.

One of the the strangest thing about him though is the fact that he does his best to pretend to be a normal trainer and not an elite four. This is mainly because he wants to fight others but there are some that are nervous due to his status. Much to his misfortune though he is a terrible liar and the fact that at times he has to go on t.v. He tends to avoid the later as much as he can and thanks to the fact that he is one of the latest and therefore considered to be the weakest of the group, they don't look for him as much.

THE NEGATIVE:One of the first problems you would notice when it comes to Hoshiro is the fact that he is childish. Having far too much energy he can't stand still and always have to go so unless you seem to travel a lot with him he would probably leave you behind without even realizing it. He is also very impatient and hates to wait. He just can't stand wasting his time waiting when he can be out fighting other pokemons or just exploring around to see if there is anyone interesting. The only way for him to sit still pretty much is that you have to distract him somehow, most of the time just let him play with the pokemons but that would only last so long.He also tends to have a short attention span and so you might want to get to the point right away or he would start daydreaming instead of listening and have no idea what you just talked about.

Another thing is that he is forgetful and at times would accidentally leave money behind. Lucky for him though he would never leave his pokeballs simply because he keeps it on him at all time. It's easy for him to lose stuff as well and so he usually keeps a list before he goes to the next area but the only problem is that even the list might get lost somewhere along the way. Despite the fact that he is a pokemon trainer, he is rather a wreck when it comes to keeping track of his things. Lucky for him though he has his pokemons to help him.

One of the scariest thing about him though is when he hates someone. Even though it is hard for him to hate it is not impossible. When the male does hate someone it is usually when they have betrayed his trust. When that happens he would usually go out of his way to make them regret every moment of it. The other kinds of people he hates are team rockets or really just anyone who doesn't treat their pokemons right. His true anger at them can be run to the point where it can be considered sadism as he would want them to suffer every way possible.

[/b]: Hoshiro is a fan of sweets and always has some on him. He would even give it to his pokemons as well. It's quite obvious seeing his position and his love for them, he likes pokemons quite a lot. It might had been how he was raised but he loves to talk about pokemon or watch them battle. He likes to travel and see some new places which is why he is always on the move. He tends to take photos of places he has been as well. Outgoing, he also likes to make friends whenever he can which is actually pretty easy for him due to how outgoing he is.

DISLIKES: There isn't much that the male dislikes but he certainly does not like team rocket. He can't agree with their methods nor can he like what they have done to pokemons either, it just far too cruel. He hates those that pick on the weak simply because it's wrong. This is why he would defend the weak whenever he can or cheer for the underdog. He doesn't really like to eat vegetables much unless they are in soup. He can be quite a picky eater.

HOBBIES: Well besides the obvious of playing with his pokemon or battling he does like to cook. It is something of a guilty pleasure since well Hoshiro always thought cooking was mainly for females. Still he loves to add new ingredients and try things about but he mainly makes meat or soup so don't expect him to make salad any time soon for you. Whenever he trains with his pokemon he likes to do whatever they are doing...if he has the ability too anyway. Most of the time he just jog with them since really, he can't shoot electricity or hold his breath underwater for so long.

FEARS: Hoshiro fears being alone or people only knowing himself as an Elite Four member. Sure he likes the position since he can fight strong trainers and move around a lot but the treatment he gets makes him feel different which is why he never consider himself an Elite Four as much as just another pokemon trainer.

[/b]: Koryu was an Evee when Hoshiro had gotten it as a gift from his father who was the gym leader before him. He played with it a lot and it is a pokemon he always allow out no matter what. It was actually Koryu that convinced Hoshiro to accept the invitation of being a member of the Elite Four as he had thought that he wasn't good enough and should stay a gym leader. Koryu is very protective of its master and at times can be quite possessive as well.[/ul]


NICKNAME: Fayt
LEVEL: 57
MOVESET: Thunder, Thunderbolt, Quick Attack, Double Team

[/b]: Fayt is a pokemon that Hoshiro had found that was rather stubborn. At first Hoshiro had tried to be friend since he wanted to capture it without hurting it. Soon though when it became impossible, the male had used his Evee to capture the pokemon. At first they didn't get along well but now they are quite fond of each other. Fayt is very stubborn and at times act on his own and Hoshiro at times won't even give it any commands because of how stubborn it is since he knows that it is useless to try by now. [/ul]


NICKNAME: Yomi
LEVEL: 55
MOVESET: Trickery,Faint Attack,Wing Attack, Tailwind

[/b]: Yomi was a pokemon that Hoshiro was given by a friend he had met stating that the pokemon was too stubborn. The boy didn't believe it at first but soon found out that the creature would run away and he would always have to rush after it. It happened each day but yet he would rarely put it in a pokeball. It took a while but he soon learned that Yomi simply liked the outside sky and so the reason why it was rebellious was because his friend didn't give it much fresh air. He allowed it to go out a lot and in return it obeyed him.[/ul]


NICKNAME: Tsuku
LEVEL: 55
MOVESET: Ice Shard,Metal Claw, Icy Wind, Faint Attack

[/b]: When Hoshiro had seen Tsuku, it was attacked by team rocket. Hating the sight he had interfered with his pokemon. During the battle though one of the move was aimed towards Tsuku and Hoshiro had barely managed to protect it but at the cost of his right eye. Tsuku is rather protective of Hoshiro and always try to help him out with anything it can such as cooking. Due to this it sometimes get into fights with Koryu.[/ul]



NICKNAME: Sei
LEVEL: 54
MOVESET: Crunch,Flamethrower,Faint Attack,Fire Fang

[/b]: Hoshiro had accidentally stepped into Sei's territory and was attacked. He had quickly able to fight it and captured the pokemon. Sei is obedient and works on the honor code, although due to the fact that it is a lone wolf it hates double battles.[/ul]


NICKNAME: Rex
LEVEL: 54
MOVESET: Earthquake,Crunch, Rock Slide, Thrash

[/b]: Rex was more of a dare really. When he and one of his friend walked across the creature they had dared him to capture it. Being the daring type, Hoshiro had gladly accepted it but the creature was strong that he had barely managed to capture it. He had so many cuts from it attack him at times that his friend had never dared him again.[/ul]
