THE POSITIVE: Lunus is a very stealthy person, showing himself always but keeping his pokemon and identity secret, usually refering to himself, and asking others to refer to him, as D. to keep his identity a secret. Though some ridicule this and see it as a negative he believes it adds extra security to himself, his family and anyone who is associated with him.

To those he has told his real name to he feel the utmost repect and loyalty to them and will even go as far to lend money from his funds to. This he believes is a great deal as the money which he could be saving could be to buy a particularly rare stone or TM.

When he was young his father was arrested which gave him a respect for the law but his own selfishness overpowers that someitmes and lets him go against his own promise to abide by the laws of the land and not put anyone he knows or anyone who is innocent in the way of 'evil' people or their lackeys.
THE NEGATIVE: Lunus is extremely frugal and saves every peeny he can lay his hands on. He is also extremely selfish and will do anything to further his own goals, even if it means joining a criminal organisation. An example of this would be when team rocket was in power 3 years ago he indirectly helped a member by handing him a small nuggget which he sold to get himself to Giovanni.

His selfishness also makes it hard , initially, for him to make real friends but as he gets to know people much better he opens up, tells them his past, and his reasons for this.

He pushes his pokemon extremely hard and, those with which he determines to have a 'business relationship' with, will not bond with them at all. However he finds it easy to bond with his very first pokemon since they have been together since it was hatched.

When in battle Lunus is fiery and determined, like most trainers, but will not concede defeat and will have determined rematches against gym leaders until he wins or is unable to fight with his current pokemon. When his pokemon are close to fainting or seriously injured he will heal them with a potion or go to a pokemon centre but otherwise he would rather use more natural remedies or let the pokemon fight through the pain to become stronger.

So, first off, "Dark" is not a last name. Simple as that.

You need to fix some of your grammar. Some parts are particularly hard to comprehend and makes it hard to understand the character. Your negatives and positives are also very contradictory. The positive section should be only about his positive side, not a paragraph in which both positive and negative attributes are mention - same goes for negative. The portion in the positive personality about his name is not positive personality material. It should go with 'nickname' - though it's completely ridiculous, as he would have to introduce himself (using his name) to anyone he battles, no? And when you say he likes pokemon, that is technically implied due to him being a pokemon trainer. If he didn't like pokemon, why would he chose such a profession (or hobby)? Also, it would be nice if you could add more to your personality. It's a bit lacking.

Your face claim, too, is not correct. You absolutely need to fix that, otherwise I cannot accept you. The title of the manga/anime will also need to be capitalized. Although, I'd like you to find better pictures of your character. They are very blurry and pixilated around the lines. If you cannot find better quality pictures, you will have to find a better quality face claim.

Lastly, this is technically powerplaying:

Not to mention that three years ago he would have been twelve, and judging by the levels of his pokemon, he would not have been a trainer - or, he hasn't trained his Cyndaquil in three years, or even at all, since he would have received it upon becoming a pokemon trainer at level 5.

Other than the above, everything else seems pretty much fine.
