· FRIENDS . ask is the one guy down the block who'd probably be wearing a " free hugs " shirt; he's open to befriend anyone and isn't easily intimidated by those older or has authority. while he may appear eccentric and completely random during awkward moments of silence, ask is just a dude who has a brotherly streak in him, aimed to watch over companions and to seek thrills. not many would agree with his ideas of ' fun ', but that wouldn't demolish any hopes for him to do something everybody can enjoy. if you can handle his energetic persona and if you can handle him being all over the place, he'd be a good friend to have occasionally.

so, yeah, best friends, childhood friends, anything would be welcome. oh, he's with the rockets, but he rocks it out as an every-day trainer to conceal his affiliation and beans. he also has a delibird that was given to him by an ally, so any team rocket member could have been the thoughtful person to have given him that pokémon. he doesn't rely much on people, so, yeah, a companion who he could trust and really show his true colors to would be nice. pretending to play nice can be kinda tiring.

· ENEMIES . to every friend, there's gotta be an equal amount of haters, annoyances, and so on forth. ask treats most folks like long-time comrades, but then, there are those he would swindle and those he would innocently torment by dragging them into places they fear. as a rocket, the blonde specializes in gathering data from people and places; however, there are some special circumstances where he had been given the duty to commit theft—that was how he received haunter (so, maybe, he stole a haunter from someone?). nevertheless, he's a bit of an arsehole whose teasing remarks would seem hurtful, so sensitive individuals may find him offensive.

ask doesn't necessarily poke around for fights either since he's sort of just a peaceful kind of guy who'd want to stay away from trouble... well, unnecessary trouble that would add to the trouble of being a rocket. still, there are people who he would find repulsive and just aggravating to be around, and those are the folks who continuously harass or pester him for an argument—to which he really wouldn't have the patience for.

· LOVERS & OTHERS . the blonde grunt is afraid of commitment. his passion revolves around pokémon; his care is directed towards his dear brother. if he devotes himself to another person, he fears he would forget his purpose in joining the rockets: to protect his brother. ask, because he doesn't value love as he should, often would say " i love you " to friends as a greeting—almost too easily—which is why most won't really take him seriously when it comes to romance; they know he would be messing around. anyone who could set his head straight would be a savior.

um, let's see. if there's anything you need to know, just ask. he was raised in goldenrod with his brother and his busy parents (who are also in team rocket as... researchers? i'm not sure. vy knows all!), and started traveling to other cities at a pretty young age (a former traveling companion(s) would be cool; we could try forming a group? even though it'd probably be all in the past, but still!). before he became a rocket, ask firmly believed that all pokémon were partners, if not, friends—it hasn't changed, even in the present, but he joined the very side that opposes the concept, anyways, since his parents pulled him in.

JAKOB LUCIFER && ASK LEINGOD

So, I think I'm pretty damn confident when I say that these two know each other. Mostly because Jake likes to get to know all of the Grunts mostly so he knows what'll tick them off when he makes fun of them, though I have a feeling these two would get along quite well ~ they are rather similar, as do they share similar ideals ~ I dunno... Jake, too, hides his affiliation with Team Rocket so he can continue to be a part of the Elite Four (well, Champion, but still...)... They both like to travel the region and whatnot... and Jake could totally have given Ask the Delibird after deciding he didn't really want the chicken... Who knows ?

GERARD & ASK

i detect more than friend material! i detect bromance. >
and by ' bromance ', i mean, like, do what bros do: be dorky and manly all at the same time—or, at least, try to be, if that's even possible. but yeah, i think ask would have somewhat of a soft spot for gerard since gerard is somewhat of a complete opposite of him, almost like his own brother whose practically the ice to his fire, so he'd be more tame around your character compared to when he's hanging with others, maybe.

although, i'm not sure if ask would be willing to show his true colors to him since he can be a real dick when he's not all up in peoples' faces, and since gerard is such a good person and someone he'd probably care for, he'd kind of think ger-bear won't like him anymore if he dropped his friendly act—but that depends! --how long do you suppose they'd have known each other? i could see them meeting while gerard was pidgey-watching or something, and i guess ask could have angered a flock of those birds and, bam—hola, gerard. or something. my brain is dead. btw, where does your gerard live? if he lives in goldenrod or at a town nearby, maybe they could have attended the same school since they're close in age?

(and i looked at your app., and when i came across his nickname, teddy, i was, like: " omg, ask would totally call him that ")

oh, yay, if jakob was the one to give him the delibird, that would be more than enough reason to see it as a valuable somethingeven though it's the butt of the group and whatever ; i mean, when ask had barely joined team rocket, he wanted to stay as far as possible from the executives since, yeah, he doesn't necessarily agree with what the faction does and would rather cut association with members to a minimum—so a generous jake would have been an unexpected surprise.

and, yeah, i think they'd get along, too. ask would classify jakob as the ' cool ' executive. the other bunch, not so much. augh, sorry, my mind can't come up with anything else to add. ( ; m ; ) hahah, but i keep thinking that, even though they travel a lot, they'd keep missing each other since it's, like, they're always moving—because of that (and other commitments), i don't think they'd interact much outside of the team rocket quarters. D8
