NICKNAME: Mamba [F]
LEVEL: Forty Six
MOVESET: Crunch, Sludge Bomb, Earthquake, Haze

[/b]: Mamba is a silent, cunning pokemon and is Axin's starter. She obeys Axin and is very fond of him because she perceives a bit of herself in his personality. She likes to coil around him affectionately or slither around beside him. In battle she lets loose with surprisingly strong, overwhelming attacks. She uses haze to keep other Pokemon from overpowering her. [/ul]


NICKNAME: Zephyr [M]
LEVEL: Forty Five
MOVESET: Dragon Pulse, Thunder Bolt, Thunder Wave, Safeguard

[/b]: Zephyr is sweet and playful. It's almost a wonder how he managed to win enough battles to level up to Dragoair in the first place. Perhaps being underestimated has simply become routine when fighting him. Nevertheless, Zephyr has become incredibly strong, serving Axin as his most powerful non-starter Pokemon. Zephyr is one of Axin's greatest captures--it took him a long time to find a Dratini (he travelled to Fuschia City's Safari Zone once before and spent lots of time and money in his pursuit). As a Dragon Tamer, he felt compelled to find one. After catching it with careful baiting and intense training, it is nothing like the weakling it once was. It still has a bit of a way until it becomes Dragonite, the prefect embodiment of Axin's Dragon Pokemon idol.[/ul]


NICKNAME: Stix [M]
LEVEL: Forty Four
MOVESET: Crunch, Ancientpower, Earthquake, Dragon Pulse

[/b]: Stix was originally an Onix, like most Steelix. After once getting lost in a mountain range, Axin befriended a wild Onix while temporarily living in a cave. After going out and feeding it berries and proving that he was a kind trainer, Axin was able to capture Onix without resistance. Eventually, he traded it for its evolution and received it back. Stix is one of Axin's best, with superior power and defense. It is pretty confident in its abilities and can be rash without Axin's guidance.[/ul]


NICKNAME: Geyser [M]
LEVEL: Forty Four
MOVESET: Ice Fang, Surf, Dragon Pulse, Earthquake

[/b]: Geyser is Axin's answer to crossing bodies of water. It has a nasty temper but listens to Axin because it perceives him to be even more powerful than itself. Axin has successfully kept the Gyarados' anger in check, but other trainers would find handling him near impossible. He was caught near the Whirl Islands after an intense battle.[/ul]

LEVEL: 1
MOVESET: Bite

[/b]: This Trapinch has just hatched! The constant smile on its face implies that it is very happy, even though it has just been born. Perhaps that smile is simply the huge curve of its massive jaws, but it does behave well. Axin needs to spend far more time with it before he can be certain.[/ul]
