THE POSITIVE: shouhei may not show any mercy for other trainers, nor that he cares if they cry on the ground, but he does have feelings. he keeps these feelings in his mouth, and is ready to express them when needed. he doesn't see the point as to why just keep them inside, and then release them at the wrong moment? he's pretty cooperative when people set the thing right; meaning that if the goal collides with his own -- if it gives him benefits to his own, then he'll help in which ever way possible, but only for himself. when around fellow team rocket members, he's considerate and sociable; even if he does look like the part of the 'quiet' kid in the back of the class.

he also has a wide array of knowledge, especially about pokemon and how they work; including their weakness. he's surprisingly calm and logical in any situation, and angering him is rather difficult to achieve. he doesn't let the emotions get into his head, which would mean that his mind would be thrown off track, and the opponent will win if he was engaged in a pokemon battle. in any situation -- even if it seems that he's loosing, he'll keep on going with a fiery determination. his persistence of determination is so large, that some people ( mainly trainers that already fought him ), don't even want to get caught up in that crossfire. shouhei's focused and flexible in his goals; always willing to change something if it benefits at the same time, and never looses sight of it -- one slip and he could be gone forever.

it is to be noted that his loyalty is also tight knit - he won't abandon his comrades even if they are loosing, rule-breakers, and people that should be thrown away into the garbage bin. he's strangely modest and honest; saying the truth doesn't hurt him, even if the johto champion's in front of him, as well as all eight gym leaders. he's also optimistic and reliable, always being there at the right time to lend his power to his comrades, and has an image in his mind that things are going his way; always expecting the best out of the best. he also has social independence, meaning that he doesn't need the approval of the common people before making a decision. shouhei also lives by himself -- knows how to support himself without any help, and thus is extremely independent.

THE NEGATIVE: you can say that he doesn't show mercy no compassion for regular trainers -- the good ones, at all. there's no way in hell someone can manage to get the stubborn leader to show mercy for them unless he has to, which would result in him actually becoming angry. he's incredibly brooding to a fault -- he worries about the small things that the everyday person worries about, then he keeps on worrying, worrying, and it continues on. he just can't get it out of his head, nor give it up and move onto something else. this behavior has lead him to be hostile, and is rarely brought into a friendly accord unless someone with a thick skull comes by. no matter what, his actions seem to be unrestrained, as he doesn't like being kept back by rules, even though he's the leader of an organization that expects people to follow rules... some rules are meant to be broken, after all.

in a pokemon battle, he becomes even more merciless and heartless, eager to fight to the highest effort. he can become vulgar while keeping a calm and logical facade, yet he'll be sarcastic and not even care if the other is offended by anything. you can rightfully say that he's arrogant; as he has over-bearing pride that shows unwarranted importance. in a way, shouhei is indeed gloomy. he is constantly depressed due to an unknown fact, and it's rather hard for him to keep up a lively facade while being surrounded by people that yell all the time and won't let him sleep for an extra hour or so. instead of being organized, the man prefers to be unpredictable; often doing things that the opponent won't expect, and saying things -- this also pertains to everyday, as he can just go to a different place without anyone else expecting it.

with loyalty and such, comes being superficial. he doesn't give a crap about consequences, no matter how harsh they may seem, as he also doesn't care a lot for his young body; thus being unresponsive in a way. someone hitting him on the side of the head? someone talking to him? he won't respond unless the person shapes up, and after a moment of the attack landing, he suddenly sets his mind into order and finally responds. he is concerned about what is apparent or oblivious; not deep or penetrating emotionally or intellectually; to tell the truth, shouhei's mind is based off of the facts, not the feelings. he's indifferent; not caring for others most of the time, and is rather distant, seeing that he doesn't hang out with people a lot unless it benefits him, if he has to, and when the situation calls for it.

HOBBIES: there isn't too much to say with how many hobbies he has, besides -- reading, doing his job, filling out paperwork, training his pokemon, and traveling. that's basically it. he doesn't want too many hobbies to conflict with his responsibilities.

FEARS: loosing his pokemon, women (gynophobia). he has had a steady fear of women ever since he was a small child, and has always traveled with males, or females that have bypassed his fear.

[/b]: this is shouhei's very own starter. training this pokemon to the core, wanting to watch it fall down in utter exhaustion. he only pushed it to this condition so it'll grow stronger, and in the end, it did. he received it from professor elm years ago; and it is currently his closest pokemon, and the one he's rarely seen without.

MOVESET: boiling water - super power - bite - ice fang.

[/b]: he found this pokemon while he was traveling -- still during his trainer years before he became a team rocket member. he saw that it was getting ambushed by other pokemon it's weakness, and by using his own, he saved it. in return, aquarius let shouhei catch it, and it turned into an over-protective pokemon. sometimes, it doesn't even need to be told what to do, since it's been training with his other partners, and the number one in his party that holds the most determination.

[/b]: oh god.. don't get him started on this one. this is in fact, the hardest pokemon that he caught. receiving this after he became a team rocket member, he was walking in an abandoned - haunted house, until he heard giggling. he turned around and saw the pokemon, and by battling it for a long period of time, he finally caught it. having mischievous streaks in it's blood, the newly named gemini loves pulling pranks on shouhei, but she gets the job done right; and it better.

[/b]: back then, one of his friends died, leaving him with his tyranitar, whom was heart-strucken with sadness. deciding to take care of the depressed pokemon, the man quickly trained it, told the pokemon his training routines, and traveled with it. over the years, the pokemon became attached to shouhei, looking up to him like he was it's older brother. so far, this is the pokemon in his party that is unpredictable, and is immensely stubborn.

[/b]: this pokemon ; caught while it was still in it's first evolution, while shouhei was a team rocket member for some time. it has a fiery personality and never backs down from a challenge, similar to those pokemon trainers that want to become a pokemon master. it's a very aggressive, territorial pokemon, as it keeps on telling the other pokemon in his party, that shouhei is 'his' - meaning that no one shall get more attention that itself, and that no one shall get special treatment except for him.

Hi! I love you ~ however, I have a couple of notes regarding your character's pokemon. First off, your character can only have one starter - regardless of how they got them. For example, Jakob (my character) had a Charmelion which was the starter he chose at the beginning of his journey (as a Charmander, of course), however, he traded it away - after that, he found a runaway Squirtle that he took in as his own. It is somewhat unfair for a trainer to have three starters at once (even if they only chose one to be their own). Also, why in the world would the Team Rocket leader save a pokemon when the team is known for frequently torturing pokemon?

Second, I don't think a Charizard would live long enough to be his father's first pokemon. Pokemon are not immortal creatures, and a strong thunder attack from a strong electric-type would injure Charizard quite badly, especially in old age. I would think the Charizard would be rather frail, yes?

Finally, here it clearly states that a pokemon can only use moves that from generation IV and lower (I, II, III, & IV) - which means no generation V moves can be used. So you should think of replacements for the moves boiling water, evil eye, bark out, and purgatory should be replaced with moves from previous generations.

Other than those three things (which are rather minor, and totally fixable, I love your character ~ he'll make a great rocket leader <3
