THE POSITIVE:
LOUD + PROUD Ilia is not afraid to speak her mind. Except to boys. Especially cute boys. She loves to talk and have no-so-meaningful conversations with others. Even though she doesn't like to start battles, the girl isn't afraid too. Because of her outspokenness, Ilia easily makes friends with others. Which is one of her favorite things. She will talk about anything with someone she meets, whether she knows them well or not. When the girl is around boys, she tends to freak out quite a bit. While she enjoys talking to them, she will get flustered easily.

KIND + LOVABLE On a rare occasion, Ilia is a bit strange. She'll freak out, and be called 'adorable and cute'. She's an innocent one, and doesn't know or understand much about sex and sexual jokes. Of course, on the other hand, she's almost dying to be in a relationship. Most of her close friends have, meaning she the last one picked. Ilia loves to be around people, and treats almost everyone equally. Her love for pokemon is the highest, though, and she'll do anything to take care of them.

THOSE RARE TIMES Like everyone else, ilia has her shy days. She'll stay quiet and to herself, only spending time with her Pokemon. On other days, she will be insanely childish and refuse to do what others want. She tries to be mature, but rarely does it work. The girl would just rather spend her time playing at a park than training to become a pokemon master.

THE NEGATIVE:
ANGER While Ilia is not quick to anger, she does occasionally have bad days. They normally include her yelling and fighting with her friends and family. She hates it when people are mean to anyone, even mean people. If someone insults her too much, she will challenge them to a battle, or just straight up hurt them. At the same time, she wears her heart on her sleeve. So if she's hurt, she can't hide it. At least, not well.

JUST HER Like many others, Ilia procrastinates. A lot. She rarely gets things done the day before she needs them finished. She has a very short attention span as well, so don't try to keep her attention for too long. After a short time, Ilia might just get up and leave, or start talking about how that cloud looks like a leprechaun choking a burrito.

OTHERS Ilia can be selfish. She hates sharing her berries, along with her other strange items. Only on a rare occasion, or with a close friend, will she share anything. While having somewhat low self-confidence, Ilia can be very forceful. She believes she can do her best, even in the worst of situations. Often, she will make someone battle with her if they don't believe in her.

I hate to be a buzzkill, but the only time pokemon have 'babies' is when they're in the Daycare Center - and they have eggs, not babies, which come out of nowhere, according to the daycare man/woman. Also, it's a much more likely story for her to have gotten the Chikorita as her starter from Professor Elm, seeing as few people leave their Meganiums out in the middle of nowhere.

Lastly, she needs more negative traits to balance out the positive, otherwise she's just a regular old 'mary sue'-type character: kind and lovable yet easily angered and somewhat of a procrastinator. Also, as she seems to be a brand new trainer, the likelihood of her knowing about Team Rocket enough to hate them is rather slim.

Haha yeah, I wasn't really sure about the whole babies thing. It was late- I think I wanted to write egg but didn't. I was thinking the Meganium was just left because the trainer was mean, but I changed it.

No offense, but she's far from mary sue. Take it from the girl who has dealt with many of them. At the same time, though, the other paragraph I wrote disappeared. >.< Sorry. I guess my computer just deleted it or I accidentally did or something. Also- she has an older sister, who is also a pokemon trainer. I guess it would work better if I said that somewhere...

no offense but I don't like attitude, and I would appreciate if you just made the changes. saying your character is 'lovable' is a sign of a mary sue - she can be kind and friendly, but saying she's 'lovable' automatically makes everyone love her. thus: mary-sue. i've been doing this kind of thing for six years, please don't fight my word - i don't like fighting with members =[

also, what I mean by she wouldn't know who team rocket was is that they're just coming back to power after three years ~ if she was in team rocket, it would be a bit different. seeing as she's not, i doubt she knows what they even are.

other than the 'lovable' thing, and perhaps a few more interesting traits would be great (one or two would be totally awesome, if not, then i guess you'll be good just exchanging lovable for something else)
