Friends:

...Yeah, Yukiko doesn't tend to like people. So she won't really have many of these. Those few she might consider a friend would also almost certainly be female, though ironically the only two friends I've made for her in other RPs are male..x'D anyway, those were fairly special cases.

Requirements for friend, female:

• not a bitch
  
• treats her Pokemon 'alright' at minimum
  
• wants to be friends with Yukiko (she won't try to be friendly with someone who doesn't want anything to do with her)
  
• isn't stupid. Yukiko's a fairly harsh judge on that...'xD;

Requirements for friend, male:

• very courteous
  
• treats his Pokemon very well, minimum
  
• is above-average intelligence
  
• does not pursue Yukiko romantically at first

...so one of the two guys she's friendly with in other RPs doesn't fit that last bullet but that's because he's like epic awesome and so is alright with Yukiko anyways. *SHOT*

But anyway. Yukiko's not terribly social, and when she tries to be she'd basically either super-polite or super-awkward. Usually the latter. x'D

Enemies:

The whole of Team Rocket. x'D She doesn't care about the law-breaking nearly so much as the mistreating Pokemon for what they want.

Also, anyone who's a dick in general and/or mistreats their Pokemon.

Lovers:

...Yeah, probably not anyone for now. She's still fairly youngish at 16, and has been sheltered literally her whole life minus the past few months, and after being courted by numerous guys, if only for a short time, during her last few months at home just because they wanted the 'dowry' her father would give--old fashioned family is /very/ old fashioned and pretty rich--Yukiko's really been put off the dating scene.

Other:

I find any blood relations would be rather unlikely; if someone does want to be related, cousin or aunt/uncle would be the closest. Her two brothers and her sister are set in stone and aren't going to change...x'3

Yuu Lihua would be...an interesting friend. Though might understand her due to their shared hatred of people and generally hold pokemon as far superior. He wouldn't really pursue her romantically but take interest in the fact that she isn't that much different from him if he stops and thinks about it.

o3o that would be interesting indeed. Yeah, I can definitely see Yukiko liking him. Especially since he has no romantic/etc. designs x3 and she can definitely look past the not courteous-ness for how he thinks of Pokemon being awesome and all.

** so, this is formatted in a shitty way, but i'm lazy, and i have plots for all tres of my characters

JAKOB -

so, strangely, i think these two could get along... jakob is very calm and polite when he has to be; he treats his pokemon great and trains them with amazing skill; he's a child prodigy when it comes for information on pokemon, battle strategies, and just about everything else due to his days in the pokemon academy; and he would never dream of doing the dirty deed with yukiko (mostly due to her unnaturally colored hair). in short, i think they'd make alright acquaintances since both are rather unsocial (i'd say 'anti-social' but jake isn't awkward - he just doesn't care). he's also the champion, so he's fairly well known for being a great trainer. the ironic thing about this is the fact that he fits yukiko's description for a male friend perfectly, save for that tiny little fact that he's a rocket executive - except that she wouldn't know that... yet. i'm thinking that they're friendly towards each other. i wouldn't know if they were great friends or anything, but perhaps they'd engage in friendly conversation when in contact with one another. however, when yukiko finds out that jake is, indeed, a rocket executive, she would feel somewhat betrayed by him. however, despite his position in team rocket, he is rather indifferent towards team rocket's mistreatment of pokemon, as long as it has nothing to do with mistreating his own.

ASHTON -

i'm not entirely sure about this one. ash is a fairly strong pokemon trainer - she's not bad, at least, and she's rather friendly (seeing as the character does have my general personality). generally, she's not a bitch, but when it comes down to winning or losing she isn't above manipulating people to gain the upper-hand - though, seeing as yukiko isn't really into battling with her pokemon in the same way ash does, ash's cutthroat side wouldn't come into play. lastly, while she's not an idiot, ash's judgement can be rather skewed, and she does idiotic things rather frequently. i don't know if that means yukiko wouldn't want to be associated with her, but... 'dumb-blonde' moments are rather frequent with ash. yeah... friends, not-so-friends? you choose ~

RYANNE -

so, ryanne is just a kid compared to yukiko, but i have a feeling these two would either clash entirely, or be really close. for clash: it's ryanne's ambition to join team rocket (though she's too young) and get back at her parents for ignoring her completely - thus yukiko would probably hate ryanne due to what ryanne wants. or, conversely. for really close: perhaps yukiko sees herself in ryanne, since ryanne is somewhat ostracized by them, and wants to help her? maybe yukiko would try to help ryanne and persuade her not to join team rocket (though team rocket would refuse to take her, anyway), and help the younger trainer see that there's more to life than getting back at her horribly ignorant parents? i kind of like the second idea more, simply because i have some awesome icons of miku and luka (though in most cases they look the same age, though that is clearly not the case here).
