THE POSITIVE: at first sight, ryanne seems like the type of child you just want to hug for being so adorable; in reality, however, she is nothing of the sort. though merely twelve years old, ryanne is very mature. she knows a lot about pokemon and enjoys showing off this knowledge to make people think of her as less of a kid and more as a 'real' pokemon trainer. ryanne is very sociable with people older than her, though very unresponsive with trainers her own age.
ryanne, despite her small stature and light frame, is rather powerful. no, not physically - mentally. as a psychic, ryanne has the power of telekinesis. however, at such a young age, this power is limited to only being able to move things with her mind and change their physical appearance (such as the art of bending a spoon with one's mind). she is not, however, able to do anything of major skill - such as read minds, for example. ryanne does love creating mischief (as any twelve year old would) by use of her psychic powers.
the pink-haired twerp, while a bit of a bitch at times, is rather friendly when she has to be. sure, she does it mostly for her advantage, but she's quite capable of making friends. she dislikes being alone, as well, and uses her ability to easily socialize with just about anyone (save for the idiots her own age) to keep company on her journey.
she's twelve, naturally she has that 'innocent' vibe going for her. while she knows a great deal more than the average lass (her parents were very forward with mature knowledge), there are few people who doubt her innocence. her long pink hair and cuddly pokemon don't help much, either. ryanne has that 'look' on her face, more often than not, that suggests she's rather clueless towards anything but the straight-out truth. oh, how one could be wrong. she does, however, use her innocence to do and get things an older trainer would be banned from.
THE NEGATIVE: she's a bitch. enough said. ryanne isn't exactly the kindest person - not unless she can use it to her advantage. she's rude towards most, and has a rather snappy, snarky personality. a girl her age should know nothing about sarcasm, much less, be fluent in it. of course, ryanne is. she's a twelve year old anomaly. unfortunately for anyone who manages to run into the little twerp, she's rather obnoxious as well. she knows she's smart (for a twelve year old, anyway).
ryanne also was given the gift of a colorful tongue - inherited from her parents, mostly. she decorates her words with less-than-lady-like language that has most people doing a double take. and she's not just one of those children who throws curse words around because they've heard them before - no, she throws them around in ways that make sense, due to actually knowing what they mean (again, you can blame her parents for this one).
due to ryanne's parents being a terrible influence for her, she is rather attention seeking. she loves being in the spotlight, and because of that can be quite a bit of a drama queen. she's not spoiled, per say (she doesn't necessarily need everything she wants); however, she's rather good at manipulating the weaknesses and fears of others to get what she desires most. the only time in which this unholy gift has failed is her journey to becoming a part of team rocket - for the second she left the safety of her home and became a pokemon trainer, her parents have ignored her completely. in need of at least some parental contact, ryanne believes that joining the side of evil will force her parents to tell her what is 'right' and what is 'wrong'.
ryanne is twelve, she's not the type of person to go and twist her words in a poetic way - rather, she's quite the opposite. she speaks frankly and rather bluntly, no matter how hard the truth may be. while honesty is good in most cases, it's not necessarily a good thing when it comes to ryanne. the truth hurts, yes, and ryanne is a pro at making it do just that. she believes that getting right down to the point is the best way to relay her message across to others. as far as she's concerned, people understand better when you cut down on the bullshit and tell it as it is.
DISLIKES: when people think of her as merely a twelve year old, not being acknowledged by her parents, having to buy expensive items at the mart, not having a spare pokeball with her - regardless of whether she needs it, losing control of her telekinetic powers, when people think of her hair as 'unnatural' (how dare they), being alone for a large amount of time, negative status effects.
HOBBIES: training her pokemon, utilizing her psychic powers, causing trouble, finding new ways to make team rocket realize they need her on their side, playing 'matchmaker'
FEARS: losing her pokemon, her parents forgetting about her, her psychic powers suddenly going away
