Here comes double trouble. Neoma and Naomi really are up to no good. Both can be quite the destructive duo when left to do as they please on a boring day. However, both are also quite social and optimistic. They're normally always wearing a smile and can be found skipping from place to place hand-in-hand. Though Neoma is a bit calmer and more mature than Naomi, both are hyperactive and loud. Naomi is the more sensitive of the two and Neoma is the quickest to anger. They tend to argue a lot but when it comes to teaming up, they're as competitive as can be and would do anything to win. They have their differences but they'd stick together to the end no matter the cost.

Anyone that wouldn't mind a little bit of sugar and spice could be friends with Neoma and Naomi. They'd have to bear through sarcastic insults (from Neoma) sugar coated with a weak acid (by Naomi) and losing challenges (they're soar losers). They also couldn't mind the two of them being hyperactive and partially insane half the time - they love to have fun. I can see the two of them sort of stalking someone for one reason or another, too. If you think your character can put up with the both of them, go ahead and try. ♥

This is where things may get a little complicated. Both are capable of love even though they don't know what they're looking for. And the fact that they'd be closer to each other than anyone else would also give one the power over the other to totally destroy any relationship they wouldn't like. So if they were to have had a boyfriend/girlfriend, the one left without probably would have attempted to ruin the relationship in some form (jealousy issues, perhaps). So the door for exes are open as are present or future relationships, there's just going to be some kinks that need to be worked out. But it's not impossible. Let's not forget that the two could be a bit stalkerish. Perhaps they have a crush on someone themselves? Whatever you want. ♥

Past lovers, people that have beaten them, anyone that's fallen into one of their childish games would fit here. Anyone that's not their friends are fair game to the girls so perhaps they torment other characters. Or perhaps a higher-up in Team Rocket likes to order the two around. Though they don't tend to hold grudges, there are some people who they may just not like.
But these are the only things you have to stick to. If you have other ideas, go ahead and run it by me. I don't bite~! ♥
