THE POSITIVE: optimistic, determined, friendly, neoma is calmer and more of a leader, naomi is sweeter

OPTIMISTIC: Neoma and Naomi are quite the unusual duo. Both are extremely chipper and always wearing a smile on their faces. Sometimes it even seems a bit hard to upset them. They tend to look at things from odd angles and are somehow always able to pull at least one good thing from any scenario.

DETERMINED: Extremely so. They are driven by an insatiable urge to please and win. Or at least please them themselves by winning every challenge that comes their way. Sure they may be a little out there and unfocused but that doesn’t mean they’re not any good at what they do. In fact, quite the opposite. It is because of their determination and competitive personality that they are where they are. Though, winning isn’t the only thing they can be determined about.

FRIENDLY: Or at least they appear to be friendly running around with bright smiles and chipper greetings. Maybe they’re more sociable than they are friendly. Though, it’s not like they’re the meanest members of Team Rocket, either. Neoma and Naomi don’t tend to run around spitting acid insults to just anyone. They are actually capable of befriending people. And, if one’s lucky, they may even put someone else before themselves. It’s unlikely to happen but not impossible.

RESPONSIBLE AND CALM: Well, Neoma is, anyway. She’s the more responsible one of the two. She’s also not as hyperactive as Naomi. Unlike her twin sister, she’s more strategic and likes to think things through before acting. She sort of balances out Naomi’s flighty and impulsive tendencies. If it weren’t for her, they probably wouldn’t get too much done.

SWEET: At least Naomi is. She’s definitely not as hard as her sister. She’s more of the friendly little butterfly. She’s also a little bit of a softy when it comes to others. Every time they completely own someone in a challenge or if Neoma tosses an insult out, Naomi is there to apologize or sugar coat things. Though this is normally reserved for other Rocket Members instead of average trainers. But don’t let this cloud your judgment of her – she’s still part of Team Rocket. She doesn’t believe in mercy no matter how weak one may be and will take down anyone that gets in her way.

THE NEGATIVE: competitive, violent, curious, naomi is easily upset, neoma is easily angered and sadistic

COMPETITIVE: They’re extremely, extremely competitive. When it comes to a challenge, they’re all over it like white on rice. They love to win anything and everything they possibly can and tend to be sore losers. They will do everything in their power to win. One of their favorite phrases are, “Winning is winning no matter what.”

VIOLENT: Neoma more so than Naomi but they both share this trait. Most of the time it’s just playful fights. They do tend to argue a lot, though, and, sometimes, that can lead to violent actions and legit fights between the two. It’s best to just let them rough it out because they’re not afraid of dragging others into their problems and little rumbles. And when it comes to their tussles, they tend to fight dirty. Neither are afraid of hurting the other physically.

CURIOUS AND DISOBEDIENT: Perhaps a little too curious. They’ve gotten into a fair amount of trouble butting their noses in other people’s business. And they’re certainly not afraid to get into trouble. It’d be best to use reverse psychology on these two if there’s something you don’t want them to do. Breaking rules is a favored past time of theirs. Though, even if reverse psychology is used, it doesn’t mean it’ll work one hundred percent of the time. They tend to do whatever they want to do.

TEMPERMENTAL: At least Neoma is. She seems to have a short fuse and flips her lid over little things. Yes, she’s optimistic, but she also has a bit of an anger issue. She’s the more violent and sadistic of the two, too, so it may be best to just steer clear of her should she be in a sour mood. In a way, she’s more childish than Naomi is like this and she’s extremely vengeful. However, she doesn’t hold that much of a grudge. It just happens to be when she’s in the heat of anger.

WEAK: Naomi is the weakest of the two. Emotionally and physically. Neoma is always a step above her. And while Neoma is easily angered, Naomi is quick to become upset. Especially when it involves her sister in any way, shape, or form. Because Naomi is always so easy to make upset and Naomi is so easily angered, this is the main reason they tend to get into fights and arguments.

Vesper listens to Neoma and, though she doesn’t like to, will listen to Naomi on occasion. Vesper is extremely graceful and agile. She’s just as vengeful as Neoma yet holds more of a grudge. Though she’s loving and protective toward her owner, Vesper is wary of others and tends to be distant.[/ul]

[/b]: When Neoma received Vesper, Naomi received Rowdy. Rowdy was Naomi’s very first Pokemon. Rowdy is rambunctious, daring, and very courageous. He is also extremely protective of not only Naomi but Neoma as well. He’s loving and playful but enjoys relaxing whenever he gets the chance. Just as Vesper matches Neoma in personality, Rowdy tends to match Naomi. Unfortunately, Neoma conned Naomi into giving her the firestone they stole found so Rowdy hasn’t had the chance to evolve quite yet.[/ul]


NICKNAME: Ruby [f]
LEVEL: Fourty-seven
MOVESET: Night Slash – Bite – Aerial Ace – Façade

[/b]: Ruby is Neoma’s second Pokemon. She was captured when she was just a meowth and evolved soon after that. Ruby is more malicious and disobedient choosing to listen to Neoma and Neoma only. She tends to be cruel toward Naomi’s Pokemon and even other Pokemon of Neoma. Ruby is independent and can be found pouncing on both of the twins when provoked – it happens often, especially when Neoma and Naomi argue. On rare occasions, Ruby will demand attention from Neoma.[/ul]


NICKNAME: Teddy [f]
LEVEL: Fourty-three
MOVESET: Focus Punch – Brick Break – Shadow Claw - Strength

[/b]: Teddy came about when Naomi gave in to her urge for cute Pokemon. But don’t let the cute appearance and shy personality fool you. Teddy is also very cunning and stealthy, capable of stealing things – normally food – from people. However, Naomi didn’t want Teddy to evolve and, seeming to pick up on that, she never did. Teddy may look small but she’s about as deceitful as Naomi herself.[/ul]


NICKNAME: Spyke [m]
LEVEL: Fourty-one
MOVESET: Hypnosis – Sucker Punch – Dark Pulse – Dream Eater

[/b]: Another one of Neoma’s malicious Pokemon that she found near a grave yard and captured. Unlike Naomi, she never captured him as a ghastly. Spyke tends to prank Neoma and Naomi along side Scorr but is only affectionate toward Neoma. He’s very malicious and tends to only appear when the moon is out.[/ul]


NICKNAME: Scorr [m]
LEVEL: Thirty-nine
MOVESET: Shadow Ball – Sludge Bomb – Lick - Psychic

[/b]: Another one of Naomi’s “cute” Pokemon that she stumbled upon and captured. Like with Teddy, he never seemed to evolve. Scorr amuses himself playfully pranking Naomi and Neoma but their Pokemon as well. He’ll even torment any company of the twins. He’s very mischievous and though he seems cruel, he usually means no harm. Usually.[/ul]
