that can't be too hard, can it? someone who's fun, laid-back, always up for a good night on the town, dates on hand, alcohol guaranteed. or at least, that's who he'd get along with right off the bat; it might not be the kind of friendship you'd recall the next morning. something more lasting might be from the kind of person who can poke fun, pull a few pranks, get on kichi's nerves now and then [just for teh lulz, ehh?] and definitely relate to kichirou. as long as said person can put up with the stereotypical drop-out lifestyle of drinking, flirting, and joking, it might just work out.

this isn't too hard of a rank to achieve if you're the right kind of person. all you need is someone who's just as much of a loud boasting show-off as kichirou is, and with the stuff to back it up. the guy can't bank down from a challenge even if he wanted to, so there's never be a dull moment if him and anyone like that were in the same room. the other way to establish a sense of dislike from kichi would be to be overbearing and try to mother him on his unruly ways. because that would just irritate him to no damn end. or many even ex boyfriends or girlfriends. the possibilities go on.

now here's a category that's wide open, at least from kichirou's perspective. as big of a flirt as he is, he'll take anyone -- male or female -- as long as they look like they could handle him. the final judgement usually depends on how long his day's been or how many drinks he's had, but usually any good-looking victim passes. he's never had a lasting relationship with anyone. short-term things are more his style, getting laid picking up dates is one of his greatest hobbies. although, it would definitely by interesting to put him in something that might go a little more long-term. for this category, it'd also spice thigns up a bit if anyone wants to sign up to be one of his many ex girlfriends/boyfriends. because what's more fun than that kind of awkwardness?

Really and truly,I don't know how we could
plot these two. They could be ex's who hook
up whenever they see each other and talk
afterwards about life because that's the
only thing Eloise likes to talk about. They
could be somewhat friends, as in Eloise once
saw him passed out somewhere, took pity on
him, took care of him to the next morning,
and then they just got to talking and became
somewhat alright friends but haven't seen each
other in a while.Or they could be childhood
friend who haven't seen each other in a while
and Eloise doesn't know he's in team rocket and
they get into a fight about morals, seeing as
how Eloise finds team rocket to be horrible, but
doesn't hate all the members because you never
know what their reasoning is behind it...yeah I'm
still trying to fine tune her views
myself...and...yeah...whatever you want to do : D.

I think it'd be interesting if the two were childhood friends, like you said, who could meet up again after a long time and they could catch up and then fight about their morals [that'd be fun to watch]. And, since it's the womanizing Kichi, perhaps they could have dated once or twice way back when, before they went their separate ways? 'Course, I'm also pretty open, just so long as he gets to have his fun~.

YO DRINKING BUDDY ! haha. well, rezzy and kichi should definately be friends, even best friends maybe. maybe they grew up together, families were close and lived in the same town; even went to same pokemon academy. i could see the two of them in class right now, competing with each other by trying to answer the most questions; both top of the class OF COURSE. as they grew up, relationship still remained the same (only now they have more access to certain stuff XD). umm, considering the team rocket business, it doen't matter whether you prefer rezzy to know or not; they would still be cool. rezzy doesn't judge, he believes that there's a reason behind everything, a reason behind why every bad guy turns well... 'bad'. he knows kichi so i think he would just not ever bring it up; but one day they would probably have to go head to head; and i'm not talking friendly rivalry battle either. but until that day comes...if it ever comes, BOTTOMS UP !

Childhood friends definitely sounds good to me. Gives 'em a background so they don't have to just meet stoned at some bar. Memories are good, yes?

And as for Team Rocket, I doubt there'd be any way that Rezzu would not know -- especially the way Kichirou blabs and brags all the time, particularly while drunk. And hey, dramatic battles are always something to look forward to. Just like drinking contests. Imeanuhm. :3

I said I wanted to plot so plot I shall!

I don't exactly have anything specific in mind but I do have small ideas that could be built off of. Which is better than nothing, right? Anyway, Kichirou is a major flirt. And, if I remember correctly (and I hope I do) he said that Amami may just be a looker? So, perhaps, he could flirt with her. Or maybe she could stumble upon him flirting with someone and call him pathetic - her usual insult. I don't know. Something could happen there.

Also - again, if I remember correctly - they both liked challenges? Or... something like that? I don't know. But I'm sure something could be done there. Maybe one can challenge the other to something or something. I don't know.

Finally, Amami is kind of controlling. She doesn't exactly like to be placed in positions where she has a possibility of losing it. So maybe Kichirou can try and pry her away from that and get her to loosen up or something? Again, I don't know.

These are all just random ideas. Add/subtract. Just do whatever you like and tell me what you think, please? c:

SOO. Kichirou does enjoy challenges -- or rather, he finds himself unable to back down [it's a bit of a pride thing]. But I think he could definetly try his hand at loosening her up, especially if there's a bit of alcohol involved. What better way to loosen up, amirite? :'D /shot

Looking at Amami's plot page, I was reading the friends section: I thought that Kichi could fit in there, if Amami could tolerate him. Since any insults she threw at him would likely bounce off when they come from someone like her. But of course, it depends on if she can stand calling him a friend. given his usual tendencies.

Really, I'm as open as you are~. Perhaps we could just start a thread somewhere and see where it goes?

Amami won't back down from a challenge, either They share the pride thing~. Though, she's usually the one instigating it. And of course alcohol would be involved. There probably aren't many other ways that would work. xD

As for the friends thing, he's probably as close as he can get. The fact that he can take insults and a little bit of abuse is enough. Amami is Amami. She thinks she can can handle the world. I'm sure she can handle Kichi. And, from what I've seen, Kichi seems to have a bit of a bite and that's a plus in Amami's book. Weaklings do her no good. She wants company with a back bone and a sensible head. Maybe he'll convince her that there's hope for Team Rocket, yet.

I think starting a thread somewhere sounds good. c: We could get a better feel for their relationship once they've interacted a little.

He has a bit of a bite, yeah. Though often it just comes across as not thinking before speaking or similar. xD But he pulls it off, anyway. And his head isn't outwardly sensible at all, but when it comes to the strategic or Team Rocket stuff, he can usually surprise people with the logic that comes through his usually lazy demeanor. But if she's the leader, then I'm sure she'd see that anyway.

Then a thread there shall be. :'D Question is... Who gets to start it? Just throwin' it out there that I usually suck at thread-starting, but I'm not the only one who uses that excuse either.
