Just as I promised - Generation III and IV pokemon have come to the Johto Region! Now, here is how this is going to work: To start off, each character will have access to one Generation III or IV basic pokemon. Now, you won't be able to choose on your own- after all, that would be only too easy!

What is going to happen is each person who wants a generation III or IV pokemon will post below following this nice little template I have here. Please put down one type (not two). I will then use a random pokemon generator to generate a basic pokemon of that type and your character will get an egg containing that pokemon. What you see is what you get - do not ask for another or complain about what you got.

In role play, you can either choose to play off your character having an egg with them or not, it doesn't matter - they can still hold all six pokemon and the egg. Characters cannot trade eggs, even in a thread. Whether your character chooses to carry the egg or not, it will take seven in character posts to hatch - and by that, I mean the egg doesn't automatically hatch if you've made seven in character posts already, the count starts when you receive the egg. The egg can hatch any time after seven posts - you are required to have the egg hatch in role play.

Pokemon that hatch from eggs will not have egg moves or any moves passed from their parents - they will hatch at level one and will have the last four moves they 'start' with - or less, if not applicable. (They will be able to be taught egg moves via training). Also, just so we're all on the same page: none of these generation III and IV pokemon will hatch shiny.

These pokemon must be trained and evolve in role-play they will not become strong automatically. And please remember that just because your character can get generation III and IV pokemon from this event, doesn't mean there are any generation III or IV pokemon roaming around the Johto Region - at least, not yet, anyway!
